English 2 - Ender's Game 3-4

We are slowly making our way through Ender's Game.  Today we listened to the end of chapter 3 and finished chapter 4.  We began class by discussing the value or telling the truth over lies, and where adults tend to prefer lies to cover up the hard truth.  We were interrupted with a fire drill in the middle of class, but that was very useful since it woke up a couple very tired students.

• Continue reading Ender's Game.
• By Monday, you need to read Chapters 4-8, choose a meaningful quote from each, and write a paragraph or so for each, relating it to the story and making connections to life in general.
